BSI is a consulting association based at Bocconi University, composed of outstanding undergraduate and graduate students with strong exposure to consulting and corporate environments. Organized as a professional consulting platform, BSI operates through small, high-performing teams led by project leaders and supported by dedicated analysts. Since 2014, we have delivered projects across multiple industries, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations designed for long-term impact.
Our core advisory work: structured market sizing, industry research, competitive mapping, idea validation, and business planning. Each engagement is led by a Project Leader to ensure rigor, coordination, and consistent delivery quality.
